Portable electrical panels
Purpose:
Designed to connect portable power tools, temporary lighting and other needs in the absence of fixed sockets.
In addition to increasing the level of electrical safety, distribution boards have other positive qualities:
- mobility, light weight, which allows them to be easily moved to another workplace if necessary;
- the ability to monitor the serviceability of outgoing power lines, and each line separately;
- the ability to connect panels to any electrical network, such as: T-NS or TN-C, etc., which allows you to connect any consumer at the construction site in accordance with the requirements of the Electrical Installation Code;
- the ability to monitor the insulation resistance of outgoing lines;
- warning and prevention of fire that may occur due to a malfunction of the electrical network and electrical equipment;
- standard modular components of the product, which allows for prompt repairs if necessary;
- separate power supply for each outgoing line (if it is impossible to quickly repair one of the outgoing lines), which allows you to disconnect the faulty line and continue working on the others.

The frame simultaneously functions as handles for moving, legs for installation on a horizontal surface, and also plays the role of a protective case from mechanical damage and precipitation. The safety group (residual current devices and circuit breakers) are protected by a metal door, closed with a universal key-handle. For the convenience of inspecting the operability of the device, the portable distribution board is equipped with an additional door, also closed with a universal key-handle. All instrument sockets on the portable distribution board have protective covers that protect the connectors from atmospheric influences and accidental contact with them.
- The creation of sequential and simultaneously parallel groups of Mobile Power Points is possible if a portable distribution board of the MTE-PRO series of the TR63 type is used, which has three independent 63A power transit sockets. In this case, it is possible to de-energize any portable distribution board from the resulting circuit by disconnecting the remaining power connectors installed on the device.

Design:
The shield is a frameless welded steel structure housing in which the equipment is installed in accordance with the electrical circuit. The switching devices are closed by an operating panel to which their controls are located. The housing is locked with a latch to prevent unauthorized persons from accessing the panel with the equipment. Outside the shield there is a ground bolt and power connectors, handles for lifting and moving the shield, and legs for installation on a horizontal surface.
Operating conditions:
The complete low-voltage device corresponds to class 1 according to GOST R IEC 536 in terms of the method of protecting people from electric shock. The device must be operated in accordance with the “Rules for the Technical Operation of Consumer Electrical Installations”. Under normal operating conditions, it is necessary to carry out a preventive inspection of the device once a year and each time after exposure to short-circuit currents. During the inspection, it is necessary to remove dust and dirt, check the tightening of the bolts. It is prohibited to operate the device if there are cracks in the plastic and ceramic parts. The device is designed for continuous operation under the following conditions:
- working position in space - vertical, deviation from the working position up to 5º in any direction is allowed;
- altitude up to 2000 m above sea level;
- the device must be operated from -25ºС to +40ºС;
- The environment is explosive, does not contain conductive dust in concentrations that reduce the parameters of the shields to unacceptable limits, aggressive gases and vapors in concentrations that destroy metal and insulation.
The design of the RUNN and UVN cabinets must ensure the preservation of the paint and varnish coatings of the metal structures when opening and closing the doors.
